Maintaining Melbourne Pty Ltd is a highly regarded building management, caretaking, maintenance, and cleaning company which has been in operation since 1996.  We currently service over 3,500 tenancies daily in central and inner Melbourne, having achieved consistent growth in our portfolio through word of mouth referrals.

 

Maintaining Melbourne’s portfolio has provided the company with extensive experience in both residential and commercial building services.  Our primary focus is to provide a premium service with regard to the nature of each building.

 

Maintaining Melbourne’s target market is premium apartment complexes and corporate business facilities where the standard of service expected is very high combined with a personal level of service.  Business approach, quality people and attention to detail have positioned Maintaining Melbourne perfectly to compete in this market.

 

Our People

James Shepherd is our Managing Director and founder of the company.  James oversees all building managers and/or caretakers at each complex to ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to all complexes at all times.

Our major strength in our service offered is the calibre of staff on our team. Maintaining Melbourne is committed to its employees and demonstrates this by paying above award salaries and labour rates, which contributes to our minimal staff turnover and an extraordinary level of commitment by staff to the service delivered.
